How to order
As you may have noticed, several changes have been made since we transitioned to operating as Venne BV. One of the most important changes concerns our ordering process for individual customers. Where you previously had to register as a customer, this is no longer necessary. We want to make ordering as simple as possible for you! Here's a brief explanation of how the new ordering process works:
Visit our website and click on the "Buy now" button.
You will then be taken to the consumer webshop of Venne BV. Scroll down to view some of our products. Click on a product to see the available colors, quantities, and prices. You can also go directly to the webshop menu by clicking on "Webshop" at the top left.
All yarns are clearly listed in the yarn overview on the left side, or you can search for yarns using the search bar.
Once you’ve found the desired yarn and color, click on the product. You can then adjust the quantity you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping ca
After you’ve added everything to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Note: Any discounts will be automatically applied during checkout. Shipping costs will also be calculated directly.
- Payment: Payment must be made immediately, as payment after delivery is no longer an option. This also speeds up the entire shipping process.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will ensure that it is made ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Your package will be shipped via UPS, and you will receive a track & trace link.
You can now also see the stock availability of a product. This will be listed below the item (e.g. "Only 33 cross-spools in stock"). If the stock is not displayed, the item is out of stock.
